it doesnt look too horrible, kinda bulky. but wouldnt last backing down an inclined driveway. maybe just for show. i wanna see the front of this! theres something there too. canards or something, maybe a wind splitter?
wheels and roof are hot though

jptl04 I think what are in the pictures you posted is something similar to the Spoon S2000 rear diffuser. Eric (ACCURATEin) has one on his crazy TL:
I think your car needs to be edgy and insane to properly pull it off. I'm not sure if it's my favorite thing about his car, but it makes it stand out.
As for what the OP posted, that's fucking hideous. BUT I do like the Si wheels. They just need some help from spacers and the car needs to be a bit lower.

The one JP posted is a J's Racing Rear Diffuser with some sort of ad-on to the sides.
The rear valences look alright. With a little bit of work they can look nice, I think.

everyone has a style...if thats what floats his/her boat than cool beans for him/her!
Everyone also has an opinion..my opinion is any rims over 18s are ghey...but again thats my opinion and a lot of you like them.
Its better to fail at originality than to succeed at conforming!
