Bought Another 3G! '07 Navi

Finally bought another 3G TL! I sold my 06 TL about 3 years ago and have been kicking myself ever since. The only thing that would make this car perfect is if it had RWD but ill leave that alone.

Specs:
2007 TL Navi w/ Backup Camera
107k Miles (High I know)
Auto Trans

Plans: Type-S A-Spec kit/lights/Wheels, Comptech S/C

Only picture I have as of right now:

I had a Turbonetics G35 and 04 TSX. I ended up selling both and just sticking with this TL. Newly engaged it may take a bit to get all the parts I want but I guess thats part of growing up!

I just need something I can drive daily but has some class and go. (hence the Comptech S/C)

Congrats and welcome back! As you know 107k is nothing. I have 40k more than you and she runs and looks like a dream. Enjoy it in good health my friend.

welcome back, BTW how does the turbo G35 drive? I like the looks and power of that car but that stock exhaust can be very annoy when come to highway cruise and thing that caught my attention the most is that dam MPG. I droved my brother buddy G35 coupe for couple days while I was in Houston and I kinda like it. For the TL at least you don't have to do the accord fog light mod lol.

Congrats on the purchase and engagement. You mentioned Type S aspec. Can that kit work on the base model? The front bumpers are different, and the rear exhaust cutouts are different as well, unless those can be removed are don't matter. Just curious if this can be done using base bumpers.

Thank you. I know I will have to mod the rear exhaust area to fit the type-s rear lip but as far as i thought the front lip will fit the base as well as the type-s... That said, the part numbers between the base and S are different. Ill have to research some more!

And the G was awesome, it sucked gas but it was not my daily driver. I had a modified Turbonetics kit, I thought the piping on the factory kit was to restrictive so I remade 90% of it. Baseline was 420 rwhp and after I changed the pipe with the custom stuff i put together i made 440 rwhp and the boost came on a lot smoother and faster. I miss RWD for sure! But I sold the car to pay for the ring. I will get another RWD car again, just not sure on the platform yet.

Also i will have to look into the S/C in the BM... May have to buy that before the A-Spec kit or wheels.

Also, I cant remember how my Tein S-Tech springs rode... anyone have good opinions on a smooth riding lowering spring? I dont want to do coilovers because the car will be driven in winter and they dont hold up well to MN salt!
