They're brighter than they look in the pic. I'm happy with them... What do you guys think?

Honestly, should have paint matched or went grey or black.

IMO, painting a stock calliper any color is questionable

^ I appreciate your opinion. I think it looks good. Again, they are brighter/look better IRL.

You did a good job on them =)

Not a fan of the colour, though.

Thanks.

Guess I just wanted to be original, and not paint them black/red like everyone else painted theirs on here. I'm happy with them, and that's all that matters.

Negative. IMO stock silver looks very cheap when you have a more "open" wheel design (you, of course, should know given the sheer volume of wheels which have been on your car). Had to go with black:

I was actually just going to add, paint it black if anything, so it gets lost in the wheel well. There is absolutely no aesthetic appeal about stock brakes, why make it pop out more?

The advantage of the black with the stock calipers is that the shims largely blend in (at least the black ones that come with the A Spec pads do). This creates an illusion of the calipers being a little larger than they really are. The "puniness" of the stock caliper is one of the aesthetic drawbacks when you start changing out the wheels on these TLs.

Yeah. I think the blue looks pretty good but like the others said it doesnt flow very well. You can try painting it gold, if u dont like it you can always re paint it blue. This is my car with gold calipers, dont mind the ugly rims i dont have those anymore =]

Where do you guys get black paint that you apply with a brush. Like a brake caliper paint kit. I found some at Canadian Tire, Duplicolor like this : http://www.canadiantire.ca/AST/brows....jsp?locale=en

They don't have black paint and they said they didn't for a while so what are you guys using and where are you getting it from?
