yea i know ive already taken apart an extra headlight i had and retro-ed the projector glass to see if it fits....it does but i wasnt sure about the color output or projection because i noticed the tl glass has ripples and spots in it to illuminated the glare a specific way at night.....the bmw one has nothing its clear it projects the light with no interference..... I'll take gus' word on it if he really likes it......his word is gold with me.

Gus's car looks real nice, I saw it in person.
If any of you guys want to try this yourself you can achieve something similar by opening the headlights, blacking them out as we all have with the DIY leaving the reflector half unpainted and using VHT nightshades on the INSIDE of the amber lens. Do multiple light coats. Nightshades is like a thinned out paint that will be pretty translucent.

No they are professionally tinted from the inside. He did them when he had the headlights apart.
