I hope:

1. You properly primed the wheels..
2. You have a BBK to go behind those black wheels that will get lost in the fender wells.

As long as they're gloss and not semigloss or flat, I approve.

As others said, hope they were properly done correctly..finished wheel doesn't look bad, but it might pull off better if it was going on any TL that isn't on the dark category....but hey let's see pics soon!!!

Hate to say this, but honestly, the first thing that came to mind when I saw them on the car is - "Wow! He hasn't washed his wheels in FOREVER! That's a TON of brake dust."

I like the color, but also think a little gloss would help

Looks good, need a bit of shine but once you finish and get some clear on it maybe will finish the look off. Good luck with the finish.

I think they'll look better once you get a layer of clearcoat on them.

looks better when it's contrasting against the car's color ala WDP....i think you should have gone 180 and painted them stark white...sorta like the white enkeis on NBP that some ziners have done.

The problem here is that black wheels do not look good on NBP TL's. NBP paint is not really black since it has quite a bit of blue pearl in it. It may look black in the shade but out in the sun the car looks like a midnight blue. I am not a fan of dark colored wheels but a gunmetal A-Spec wheel would be a better choice.

i dunno about black wheels not looking good on nbp, i think it just depends on the wheels. i've seen a few I like. but it seems that alot of people with nbp tl's that ive seen have bad choices in wheels. take a look at the 3g nbp picture thread. some of them are just horrible

The coating thickness looks really uneven around the spokes.

You need to black out your headlights.

Ride looks clean.

I tried the headlight tint but it takes away from the HID's....I'm gonna have to black them out on the inside...also I will be painting the front grille. I'm gonna leave the emblems in chrome though...

Looks good...black out the headlights, but I'd suggest vinyl wrapping the grille, rather than painting it. Vinyl is reversable, wont chip, and has a cleaner look if done properly vs plasti-dip, which has a more matte finish. Good luck and Enjoy!!
