Open up a photobucket or similar hosting site account. Load your pics into an album and then just post the link here. I know there are other ways to do it but to be honest I don't know how to.

You can also create an album on Acurazine and just upload them from your PC to the album and just copy and paste the BB code and paste it into the message and they will show up.

Dont worry about the 800x600 sixe requirement because they will adjust once they are uploaded. Also there is a 200 pic max with all your albums combined.
