Smile AM color matched grill

i spent part of my saturday painting my front grill to match with the rest of the car and i'm pretty satisfied with the outcome. just thought i share some pics

berfore...

after...

while i was at i even did the rear trim piece on the trunk as well and blacked out the "A" emblem.

Looks good! I would have kept both A emblems in chrome/silver for contrasting though.

Clean. I would've left the "A" chrome for contrast though. Still looks great though.

i just sanded down the trim pieces and sprayed 2 coats of adhesion promoter, then 2 coats of primer, and 3 coats of a 12 oz aerosol spray can that i bought online, i just gave them my paint code (about $20 a can) then i did 3 coats of clear.

i'm waiting for the paint to settle for a lil bit before i begin to wet sand and buff it to bring out a better shine and there's a few spots i need to touch up on. it was roughly a $50 project

Wow, looks really really good bro! Even with the blacked out emblems, I'm going to have to put this on my todo list.
