Inspire fog lights installed! They still need to be wired. Plenty of work left to do, going to bake open the headlights and customize them, and possibly black out the grill! Credit goes to NBP*Vengeance (Ross) for installing them for me.
The front end looks much meaner now..

I installed the 3k HID's into the Inspires and it was a tragedy; the light was scattered in every direction and the glare was unbelievable. I threw in some Sylvania zXe bulbs in both the Inspires and in the stock upper fogs, and I'm really glad with the look right now. Looks stock, but great in my opinion. The lower picture is the output only from both upper and Inspires. The Inspires still scatter the light a bit (the cutoff is subpar), but its tolerable compared to the HID's.

Fixed up two small tears in my leather seats, did the Stage 1 exhaust mod and took care of my P0420 CEL, replaced burnt out interior switch bulbs, changed my oil w/ Mobil 1 5w20 Extended Performance with a Mobil 1 filter, removed the intake resonator and installed a K&N panel air filter, and used synthetic sealant on the car with my 7424XP. Also wrapped the wood grain in the center console with 3M 1080 carbon fiber. Oh, and I ordered Tein Basis coilovers and the Ingalls camber kit! I've been busy! Pics soon

Awesome progress, you're getting quite a lot done!
Good job on the Inspires! They do add a great look to the front.

Thanks!
Thanks! I want a set of base 07-08 tail lights, but I have yet to find some for a reasonable price, and I don't want aftermarket ones!

A local friend convinced me to do the Home Depot Lip. Figured for $10, why not try it?
Me pulling into my driveway, lol. I doubt I'll clear the speed bumps at my weekend job.

Think of it as a Home Depot curb feeler.

Do the base models all have door mouldings like that? The body would look perfect if they could be removed...how are you liking the tein basics? Beautiful color and great job! Those fogs make the front end look awesome
#61
The door moldings were an optional accessory from Acura. They were already on the car when I bought it - they can be removed, but there's a risk of taking paint off with it too, and also they have probably left and etch mark. Better off leaving them on. They're TEIN Basis, not Basics. The Basis is a redesign of the Basics. They're awesome, I love the way the car handles.

Haven't done any mods besides the caliper covers. Here's an awesome photo from the latest car meet.
Here's another great angle.

The car looks phenomenal. I had a RRP Accord 6MT coupe back in the day. I friggin loved that colour. Where did you buy the inspire fogs from? Are they legitimate oem fogs, or aftermarket?
If after market, how's the wiring harness? Does it look out of place in the engine bay at all? How's the fog light switch? Does it match the other switches nicely, or can you tell it's not oem?
Finally, how difficult was it to cut the bumper trim to mount them? How did you mount them? I can't imagine there's any location for proper bolting of them to the bumper, is there?
Also, I love your ride height. Functional, yet sexy

Ride's looking sharp!
I assume they're aftermarket, as with like 98% of inspire fogs you'll find on TLs.
There are threads out there that detail the harness.
The switch doesn't look OEM, but it's not the worse aftermarket switch I've seen.

That's terrible dude, hopefully you were okay?
Car was looking great, any plans on what to replace it with?

I'd love to get into a 6MT Type S, but it's almost damn near impossible finding one for a decent price. They're either auto, not in the color I want, in bad shape, have too many miles, or are really highly priced.
