No i don't payed for $40K for a new TL. My 04 old car was 27,500miles was value $25,000. So I trading 06 TL paid $10,000 and add include kit and rims for $4,500 It totals $14,500 for trade the new car that all. So i pay for evething $14.500

That right! Unless your car was paid off? You basically got your payoff, then financed another TL with added parts. This doesn't include taxes, tags, and title. This body style won't last until 2010. I'm sure your going to get the new body style too!
