i got my tl in jan its a 04 base model...so far got only drop on teins ss and rims i live by brad in mililani but i dont drive it much cause i need to roll my fenders im running 275/35/19 in the rear and got some mean rubbing obviously i like slam um more too

lol i should have left my stock wheels on! those 20" wheels with g35 offsets f*cked my sh*t up. *dip* gRrrrr *hard turn* grRrr and thats with the bags almost on full psi. everyone's rides are looking sick though! to bad i had to drop my gf off at work, i would of stayed till the end.

yup meet up was at hawaii kai boat harbor, then we headed around sandys, to windward mall, towards chinamans hat, n so on. i actually wanted to go to the car show at aloha towers but im not gonna be on the island sadly. im sure other azine members will be there.

 

umm how about tomorrow. im not gonna drive to town to drop off rims. are you gonna be working tomorrow?

 

I won't be able to make it to the motorshow either. I'm flying out to Oregon this Thursday.

wassup guys just picked up an 08 tl type-s on sat and been watching this forum for quite awhile now. I use to roll in an 04 wrx sti but got sick of the racing thing since there is no track here and wanted to do the luxury thing now. Nice to see that the tl and tsx are still looking solid as ever. Just need to get some help from you guys. I need to slam my car badly, since my sti was and now i needed some suggestions as to what type of coilovers or springs to get. Hope to meet some of you guys soon. Laters

well for coilovers i got teins ss w/ edfc i think it has a pretty good ride quality....but soon ill be switching to airbags i think air rider is what nokiaboy them all have so hopefully i'll do the switch like next month.

 

are there kits for this or do you have to buy them ala cart cut and weld pieces together and do they stick out in the back by the rear deck. Might be something i may need to look into.

I see a lot of lowered cars with wide rims that are cambered like that and I don't get it. I don't like it and doesn't it ruin your tires? I'm not trying to offend or dog anyone, it's just not my thing and I was trying to understand the reason for it. Is it for looks or performance?
