2 Projects complete.

Painted wheels in a Honda color, graphite metallic using Duplicolor, 2 coats primer, 3 light coats of color, and 2 coats of wheel clear coat.

Redline console cover and e-brake boot and a Grant shift knob.

Next: Smoke tail lights and tint front windows. The fronts were peeled off by the dealer prior to my purchase since they weren't legal in Colorado.

No but I can take one...I'll post it here. The black is leather, the white is plastic. Only black and white one I could find except for a $90 Momo or send my OEM one to Redline and have them do black and white leather for $90. I still might do that.

I have to take some Ross, haven't yet. Took those others with my iPhone and it isn't the best cmera. Then again, perhaps I should take wheel pictures with it then no one will see the flaws. Stay tuned.

Closeup of on of my wheels. This is probably the worst one, there are a couple flaws, not easily discernable but they are there. If you look closely there a couple deep gouges that I didn't fill. Goal is to get a good set of summer wheels, 18s probably. They are pretty good 10' paint jobs.

Yeah they would...I think I might just paint the ones on the car white...kind of stay with the white/grey/black theme.

Yeah, but then I'd have to take out the headlights...send them to Ack and live without the car for toooo long.

Ack or JnC has a trade program, he sends you lights and you send yours off, when you get your headlights back you send the borrowed ones back.

Or you could do it yourself.

I'd do it yourself. I did mine with the help of a buddy a few years back and the project was pretty easy. It took about 6 hours and most of that was dry time for the paint and the sealant that we used.

2 More projects completed!

I installed Depo rear Type S sidemarkers and smoked my tail lights with Rustoleum Lens tint.

2 very light coats of tint and 2 coats of clear. Had to do the right one twice because I screwed it up the first time, Trying to coat with clear too soon created major orange peel. FYI, cleaned it off after the first screw up with Duplicolor Prep spray, worked like a charm. The only "color" left on the car are the amber directional light lenses and honestly I don't mind them. But at some point I'll get headlights from Ack.

They fit perfectly. Before I installed them I compared them to the OEM lights, I could not find a difference other than color.

Looks great OP! Would you ever paint the stamped acura symbol on your center caps white to match your body? think it could give your rims some nice contrast

I have thought about it...trying to decide whether to paint the calipers and which color...should I match the caliper color to the center cap? Time will tell.
