'05 SSM w/Aspec lip kit & Type-S tails

Finished installing my lip kit this weekend as well as drop in the Type-S taillights/markers. Took about 8 hours with 1 person doing it. I'm still debating the OEM lip.

These are quick shots from my camera phone at work. The car is dirty but I'll have clean pictures of the car soon in better angles. I'll hopefully get that rack off the top soon too.

Uh...roof rack is gonna draw some comments.

Once that is off the car will look great. What wheels are those?

Wheels are Rial Como from tirerack in 18's with 245/40/18 Goodyear Eagle F1 A/S.

Yeah I know the rack looks really funny on a TL. I do weekend snowboarding around here and snowboards don't really fit in TL's because the seat doesn't fold down...not that I'd ever put them in the back seat or anything. I'll take the rack off in a month or so. You should have seen it when I had 16" snow wheels on.

Looks Great... My only complaint is that you're actually parked next to someone. I would hate to see that beauty with door dings... I'm just one of many who decides to park miles away from civilization and enjoy the long walks into the building. I also love that fact that your car is dirty and it's barely noticeable... NBP is king but very high maintenance!

Do you have any side shots of the wheels? Look good on SSM.
Also planning on a drop, or is that out of the question since you take it boarding?

For the headlights, here are more angles:

I cleared and blacked out my headlights myself. It's a slow and patient process. I've yet to see a blacked out TL in Seattle but I have seen a cleared out WDP one in Bellevue. I would be more than happy to give you locals some tips on how to do it though.

As for the parking, this is at work. Sadly though, the Boeing parking is always full. I'm virtually at the back of a completely full parking lot. My only low risk parking spot is against that very curb daily. The spots are very generous so I'm not too worried.

Here is another dirty picture of the car. The weather report calls for rain. There is no way I'm going outside to wash it.

I'm not planning on lowering this car for a couple of reasons. The main one is because I don't want my ride to suffer and deal with the trouble of alignment and bottoming out over speed bumps and entrances. This was my whole reasoning behind buying 18" wheels instead of 19" wheels. 19's were the same price basically but I didn't want the 4x4 look without the lower and didn't want to force myself to getting the lower. My G2 integra was lowered and it seemed to be more trouble than it was worth. Although it had better looking wheels IMO but they don't sell mille miglia anymore.

I graduated June 2007 from UW Industrial Engineering. I currently reside on Phinney Ridge just west of U-district by the zoo.

Feel free to hit me up if you guys need some help with your cars.

Those wheels remind me of the new Civic SI wheels. In a good way though, not all gay and flowery like the new Civic SI.

Looks good on the SSM

Thanks for the welcome on my post, I was hoping to find some Seattle peeps on here. I really want to clear out my headlights like you did, but don't think I would have the time or patience for that matter. Perhaps this is something you could help me with when you have time and some incentive money. I would be willing to lend a hand just don't want to tackle this on myself. Let me know.

Looks like a pretty cheap one...maybe a Yakima.

I'm considering a really nice Thule one...for the same reason as the OP, snowboards.
