when i got my xlr8 j pipe from excelerate performance, it came with the hardware. not sure if it helps since your buying yours from heeltoe auto. you can wait for other members to shine some light for your or you can contact heeltoe auto

 

Yes it should come with all gaskets Pre cats should have studs that u bolt jpipe to. And should be able to reuse existing bolts from factory to bolt to catback
