XLR8 catback questions???

2008 TL type S (stock with warranty)
I want to get an XLR8 catback. No pipe.
•Will it void warranty?
•Will the car be louder?
•How will it fit on the existing pipe?

1. no
2. yes
3. direct bolt on, a catback replace the pipe plus the mufflers from the catback.

If you guys have salt on your roads in the winter, it might be a fun job.

^ Ya. It's a good thing you don't have to reuse bolts from the stock exhaust. Mine were destroyed after I eventually got them off.
