not much i can think of, other than sway bars, better suspension ie coilovers, stickier/fatter tires..
why are you so interested in handling? just curious.

There is a sticky called "Performance modifications for the TL owners" you could start there.

that solves your question, driving a miata, low and small, which handles like a dime.
moving to a sedan from a miata for handling is like, bowling with a bowling ball to bowling with a pineapple.

p.s. good luck with your modding adventures, should be fun once you read up on more information about our cars.

Oh wow, you already have brides in?
From my few years on Acurazine, I have yet to see anyone with "bride-like" fabric seats.
I've seen custom two-tone red/black seats, but never bride-like.

Probably because we don't have a japanese 'type-r' version of our cars.
The TL was the inspire in japan only until 03, I believe.
Unlike the RSX 'dc5' or Integra 'dc2', which both have ITR versions which people swap seats with to match their Recaros/Bride seats.

You can always order Bride fabric and custom wrap them around your stock back seats?
Other than that, I wouldn't know how to help you there.

For better handling, the first thing to mind are some new tires.

Dunlops?
