This guy is annoying! lol. As your other posts you've done, it's time to research and read this forum up. You could use your father's money on college or on something that doesn't lose value. Might be a smart investment. Good day.

Ok, seriously, the mods you've listed each have a schlew of advantages, disadvantages, cost/gain ratio's and installation considerations. It would be difficult to sum all of those up in one post since there's literally a library of stuff you should read before you consider any of them. But I'll do my best to sum it up:
AEM CAI - Minimal gains, mostly noise. Expensive noise. Very poor cost/gain ratio. Same gains can be had from a cheapo CAI on ebay with an AEM or K&N filter strapped to it.
TL-S Cams - Exceptionally poor cost/gain ratio. Expensive. Complicated install. Most recommend Bismoto cams over TL-S.
Jpipe - Very good cost/gain ratio. Relatively easy install. Highly recommend before any of the other mods you've listed. Can cause more rasp and exhaust noise however because it opens up the exhaust a bit more.
Fuel Injectors - No. Not necessary unless you're going turbo or SC (or both, lol). And even then, probably not necessary. The TL stock injectors are fine. I wouldn't mess with them unless you get super advanced (post FI).
UR crank pulley - Good cost/gain ratio. Not terribly complicated install. Recommend stock size vs. underdrive size if you want your AC to run cooler or have a higher end audio system.
J&R ECU: Still in it's infancy with the TL. Complicated but worthwhile if you're willing to invest the time and money. Recommend waiting for a little while for it to be refined.
Turbo/SC: Last item on the list after all exhaust mods. Very expensive. Around $7000 for the turbo and $4000 for the SC with all necessary items such as fuel pump, knock sensors, etc. Engine management (J&R ecu) important here to maintain engine integrity.
So there ya go.
And if you're wise, this ->

Ok, on a budget, I'd do this:
remove intake resonator and do the UCM (or version of it) and throttle body coolant bypass.
If you come up with some money do the exhaust side with PCD/Jpipe/Catback
Maybe little mods like UR lightweight pulley...etc...
The other stuff is still on the proving grounds and very costly. Don't get into that at such a young age. Unless you're loaded and can throw it all away and not flinch when it never comes back, that's my advice (or advise, as I often see on this site).

Do what I did and lurk more.
I lurked for 6 months before buying my TL and creating my account. This will help you fit into the community. If you are able to bring something to the table instead of just rattling off a million questions that have already been answered, things will go much better for you here.

I love St. Petersburg...my sister lived there. The Dali museum is awesome and I distinctly remember there being some pretty hot girls at the dog park near the water.
For the Coolant bypass, I believe it's in the 3G garage, pretty easy once you look at it and wrap your head around it. Maybe if you live in freezing cold climates, leave it alone. No HUGE gains from it.

Admittedly, I haven't done the research on what type of additional modifications are necessary when adding FI. I've heard fuel pump and knock sensor. I'm sure there's other stuff. Haven't gotten there yet And probably won't for a long time.

Oh, and the only thing that needs to "bounce" are your aunt's hooters.
And of course, this can't be a GrimFandango post without some extremely light detective work now, can it? Enjoy fellas:
Here's our little leaguer going 135 mph. With that kind of irresponsible driving, there's no point modding his car to make it light and go fast since he'll probably end up totaling it.
