Sure sounds like just an intake to me.

the exhaust note, i believe you need to look no further than your stock car...it sounds just like high velocity air rushing out

 

oh wow, it seems to sound so much louder than my stock. Is it just me? or does AEM V2 make a big difference?

 

Make a big difference in sound? Certainly. Nearly any aftermarket intake is going to give you a similar sound. The stock intake setup has a ton of baffling in it to quiet it down. The TL was meant to target a slightly older demographic and not everyone wants an intake so loud it drowns out a factory exhaust.
