What do you guys think of these prices?

I went to my local shop to get some prices on boltons for my tl. He was asking 240 for the aem cai, 180 for power slot rotors (front), 100 for hawk brake pads (front), 125 for stainless brake lines, 850 for tien ss coilovers and 150 for the progress rear sway bar. What do you guys think of these prices has anyone got these items for less. Do the thermoblockers make a difference and do you really feel it, I was thinking about this item due to teh fact everyone on this board has them. Any info will help me out. Thanks in advance.

some are good and other's are not so good... basically the deciding factor in the good prices are whether or not you are going to get charged TAX with your purchase at the local shop... I think Excelerate is very competitive... plus NO TAX...

Prices are OK on some items. Also remember that your local shops can help you with warranty or any install issues.

id actually say its a good deal if they are installing them for you as well. If they are charging you for install or if you install them yourself, you can get them for cheaper prices.

I must chime in with my firm belief in RacingBrake brand rotors with Hawk HPS pads from MrHeelToe. He also has SS lines and makes package deals- sells almost everything you want and has years of Honda/Acura parts dept experience behind him

The Thermoblock spacer has solid SCIENCE behind it and for $100 is my next mod
Reduced air inlet temp means more air density means better combustion
see their website for details www.outlawengineering.com
they have a special price running now

actually my boy is doing the install for me and he never charges me. So if we happen to go out that night then i'd pay for his drinks.
