Talking What is the best CAI for the 2007 TL Type-S

Hey guys I have had my TL for about 2 months now and I am getting killed on gas mileage. I thought adding a CAI would increase my MPG. Which one in your opinion is the best one to get. My options are AEM, Fujita, and Injen. Also is there a bypass that will cut off water to the motor that is available for any of these systems. The reason I ask is because I had a 1999 Integra GS-R and I had an AEM on there with no bypass valve and I sucked up a great deal of water and I had to rebuild part of the motor on that and I don't want the same thing to happen to the TL.
