Did you have your car realigned after raising it up? If not, wouldn't you think that your tires would wear out faster. Unless you haven't had an alignment at all since lowering your car.

The TL has 3 catalytic converters. Two primary cats near the engine and one located after the j-pipe.

Test pipe deletes the third cat. Pre-Cat Deletes (PCDs) remove the two main catalytic converters.

Without a doubt you get more power from PCDs but you increase your chance of rasp. Not worth it IMO.

You're not just replacing the test pipe, you're replacing the J-pipe also. Depending on what j-pipe you get, according to you the rv6 v3 j-pipe, it already replaces the third cat so you don't need a test pipe. PCD's are bang for your buck for HP and shifts your powerband, J-pipe gains not as much hp but some good torque.

When I had my PCD's and J-pipe, I personally felt more gain with the j-pipe.

Here is mine to give you an idea of what it will sound like with a jpipe. I have the base exhaust and XLR8 v2 jpipe.

What kind of power gains are there from this? Does this actually increase average power and torque, or simply tradeoff a few high RPM HP for low end power and torque? Dynos?
