nah man not at all. my steering feels a lil tighter. it takes a lil more effort if you crank the wheel all the way, whereas before it was real easy. the bolt is on real good. its real hard to get off, but we had to cheat with big ass breaker bar. you will feel increase in torque. no vibration or nottin. really worth it

The crankshaft in our engines is internally balanced. When you spin the crankshaft, it rotates perfectly on one axis. In the past, manufacturers either didn't do it because it didn't make financial sense or didn't have the technology to (efficiently) mass produce balanced crankshafts. Therefore, they needed a balancer on the pulley to absorb the irregular spinning force from the unbalanced crankshaft.

But today, virtually all crankshafts are balanced. Therefore, they don't need a balancer.

I don't know what more you want, to be honest. All you have to do is take a look at the factory crank pulley. It doesn't have a balancer in it. So why would the UR pulley need one? It's just lighter with a slight under drive.

Guys, I'm considering the pulley... a couple people have mentioned that the car revs higher. Does that mean it's burning more gas? What a I mean is, let's say it used to rev at 2500rpm in 6th at 60mph, does it now rev at 2600rpm and burn more gas? Please let me know. Thanks!
