Tenabe Medalion Touring w/pictures
I'm going to post it in performance, while in reality i was after neither performance nor more sound or "bling-bling". The only reason i bought this thing is because i had discovered holes in my stock mufflers and Amazon had it for $300 less than the OEM replacement.
In the end it didn't look half as ghetto to me as thought it would And the sound is nice and deep yet tamed. The install coincided with my audio project and lots of sound deadening done, so i can't fully attest to how loud it gets in the cabin. Most of the time i can barely hear it, however there definitely is a range (around 1800-2200RPM) when Tenabe hits the cabin gain "sweet spot" and gives off a bit of a drone. Nothing to bad though.
The install was not a total breeze, but easy enough thanks to the newly purchased impact driver. Took me about half a day, at a relaxed pace all by myself on jack stands. The most fun part was attaching the per-assembled system to the stock cat I was on my back with legs up in the air holding up the mufflers and arms up holding the front, should have asked my wife to take a picture

you know ... one of them typos when you miss the entire thing
OEM would have been $1100 (shipped or local rip off), Tenabe was just over $800 shipped
weird thing the next day the price went up! may be Amazon also had a typo
if a moderator can fix that, i'd appreciate it

it was sooooo much easier to cut them then to try and pull the rusty pins out of them
for the Tenabe i put a little wax on the pins and they went like ... well, they went in

i tried one and stripped it, had to use extractor, for the other two i used impact and they came off easily
on the assembly end i managed to break one bolt, those paper gaskets are deceivingly soft, and fooled me into over-tightening one bolt, good thing ACE is a block away from my house
it goes quieter at around 2500rpm and pretty much stays that way,
no roars

I love the sound of the Medallion. It rumbles nicely at low RPM's, especially lower RPM's with load. Sometimes I'll upshift then give it some gas just to listen to it . It's weird because with those big tips you'd think it would sound pretty ricer. But it's not rice at all, even at higher RPM's. It screams a bit past 5k when vtec kicks in (yo) but otherwise it's very tame.
