The stainless steel might like better but considering it is the same diameter as the stock exhaust I would have kept it stock. The stock exhaust would look more stealthy and better with quad tips. In for some more videos and numbers.

Theres a typo on megans website. Its 2.5 inch piping not 2.25. I measured it with a mictrometer

I fixed the coolant leak. easy fit i used expoxy for plastic. this is installation error and breaking parts on my own.

Update on future Tl-S supercharger owners.

you will need to get a different a Power steering Feed Hose. get a 1.5-2 feet 1/2 inch to 3/4 diameter hose and run the line. The oem hose have too many bends and curves which doesnt flow fluid. your P/S pump will whine and the fluid will foam. this will take care of this problem.

Mr Bell must not have seen this thread yet because he would have a heart attack. I've almost gotten used to reading the caption and scrolling down for the surprise.

its friday, pay day. im $3700 down on credit and i still need to cough up another $300 on tensioner, and half tune. Im drinking on blueberry moonshine. i feel oh soo good. anyway i rushed home and i was on the throttle very hard tonight, it feels great @284hp but it is abnormal for a tl-s w/supercharger to produce this much. I swear the belt tensioner better give me atleast 4lbs of boost to put me in the 350hp/290tq. but even though these numbers dont pull through i will still post up the final numbers even if it is 300hp and 260lbs tq.

Wow. Half of this thread is you talking to yourself. Quite entertaining.

And you know that a tune is based off of your CURRENT mods, right? By you fabbing up that "custom" intake, all you are doing is messing up the tune. When you go to put on a real CAI, that tune that you did before will be wrong, the air will flow much differently. A bolted type - s should make roughly 280hp without a supercharger.

They should fix that on their website I wonder how many people turned it down thinking it was the same size as stock. It would look better as quads, in for final numbers

That couldn't be good for power... Trying to such in a ton of air from a tiny filter.

I recommend fabbing up a custom 4" cai setup. What you have on there now isn't going to work as there is way too much heat under that hood...

The blower wasn't cheap I'm sure! Don't be cheap with the intake, it'll cost you more in the long run screwing that engine up....

costs about $100 to piece together a cai at your local auto parts store.

Meatier? As in a broader powerband? I doubt you can feel a difference. In any case you will be sacking in hot air from your engine and sc. You'llchange it ccome summer time.

I got an accord intake and chopped it up a little bit to fit it on mine. It works great, although its 2.5" piping. The filter is a huge K&N cone though

Personally I think k&n is the best way to go, I've had the typhoon kit since I bought the car and it's great. Big 3" (or more...not sure) piping to a huge cone filter.
Works well
