Stage 3 Exhaust choices?

I am debating which brand of resonator/ muffler to do the stage 3 exhaust.

So far there is Dynomax/ flowmaster dBX/ Aero/ Megnaflow

I have yet to find which one is best for daily which won't be too loud but at the same time have deep tone to it.

If anyone can help, feel free to comment and suggestion are welcome.

Take out the mid-muffler and stock resonator. Weld in the Dynomax 24235 resonator and you'll be happy.

Not that I've heard it in person but I thought the Stage 2 with a Magnaflow res was deeper than the Stage 3 with Dynomax which is a little more aggressive? I'm happy with the Dynomax 24215.

Stage 3 is dynomax resonator, so your choice is to get the dynomax 24215 12" resonator or the dynomax 24235 18" resonator. you want deep sound but not too loud get the 24235. thats what I have and I drive 50 miles a day. its too quiet to me tho. I recommend the 24215, but since Ive never heard it person I cant tell you how much louder/deeper it is compared to the 24235. Its really trial and error and your preference/taste to begin with. good luck and let us know on which one you decide

Comparing MY Stage II Magna with video clips of Stage III Dynomax... I was thinking exactly the same

The magnaflow is 14' I believe. So its somwhere between the 12 and the 18. I would go with 12, but I like loud lol

get the 24235, sounds much better. 24215 has more rasp. If you're looking for decent rumble and deep, 24235 is the way to go

I have the 24235 and it didnt make much difference in sound compared to the factory resonator, maybe a little deeper tone but not much, I was disappointed when I heard my car start up...

Curious...

Decayin

Could you define "straight piped everything"? Are you saying fron the CAT back, all you left was the stock resonator?

They just eliminated all three mufflers with straight pipes to the tail pipe.
Yes they left the stock res in.

^^ I think it sounds good. Mags would probably give a deeper tone?

Let me know how this sounds when you get it installed. I just got the Dynomax put on mine and want a little more sound.

Just installed the dynomax 24215 on my TL-S and it sounds really good! Absolutely love the sound, any louder I think my neighbor's would complain in the morning or at night...
