sluggish performance

sluggish performance

OK i thing i figured out the sluggish problem in hour cars....i put on the air temp sensor from my civic and drove it for awhile...no cel...and the car was pulling hard as hell....am going to relocate it to the bottom of the intake... here's a pic...

The AEM V1's had a bung to relocate the IAT sensor. A few people did it but it was kinda decided it didn't do anything performance wise. Not sure about keeping the motor happy when it's really hot.

There's a couple members that will be very happy if this cures their sluggish performance after the car warms up.

both aem v1 and v2 offer the iat relocate to the intake ram

Here is a link that is dedicated to discussing the pros and cons to moving the IAT sensor.
In the link provided below, be warned that some people called the IAT sensor as a O2 (oxygen) sensor. It is *not* an oxygen sensor. It is an Intake Air Temperature sensor.
