Slight Problem with intake install....

I just finished installing my aem intake. When I first started the car, it was idling very roughly and nearly stalling. So, I opened the hood and took a look and saw that I had forgot to reconnect the sensor near the the throttle body (O2 sensor?). I reconnected it and everything seems finenow, but my check engine light remains lit. Is it safe to assume everything is OK? If so, how do I clear the light?

Disconnect the battery for at least 10 seconds and reconnect. You should do this anyways so that the computer will re-learn the intake ratio adn stuff with the intake installed for the best performance gains. Will also clear the code.
