sigh exhaust.. AGAIN

Well as you remember the tips I bought were to big, so I purchased 3" tips.. Took it to the exhaust guy today and now the mufflers I was told to get won't fit and the y pipe that I was told to get is usually used on a truck. So now that I have to return everything.. What exhaust DOES fit on a 04 TL.

I really wanted quad exhausts, a lot of ppl have the atlp which won't fit for me, but how is the xlr8 exhaust? compared to comptech?

I was thinking, maybe I just just scratch the full exhaust and just get the dynomax resonator and maybe save some money and get a progress rsb.. comments?

Yea that muffler is a bit too long

There's one slightly shorter

I'd say scrap the "custom" idea, and either get atlp or xlr8

ATLP has been fitted on many numerous 04-06 TL's will just require you to either cut up your bumper and fit the 07-TL'S Rear Aspec on it. Or you can do it the easier way get a 07 TL'S Bumper.

i beleive you asked me, sorry for not informing you that you needed the type s rear aspec or type s bumper, I figured you could tell from the picture in which you saw my quads.

So if you have not returned it, why not get the Type S bumper or aspec?

I have NO IDEA why your shop won't do the ypipe, it's just a splitter pipe in general.... i dont have an exact underbody picture, but you can see the ypipe and it's purpose here:

any further questions pls pm me

No it will not, it will require either hacking up the bumper and aspec kit to make it fit. Or it will take you getting a 07 tl-s bumper for it to fit.
