Have you searched at all? You have lots of options, do research and pick the one that fits your needs. K&N, AEM, Injen, etc.

Ive searched around and looked at all of them... never been a cold air intake fan sorry buddy that was kinda funny. The only short ram I have found is the weapon r, not sure about that one. I also looked at the k&n it looks like it can also be a short ram?

Ok cool .. just a lot of $$ to pay for noise and power loss ... the TL suffers enough form warm weather heat soak.

Wait, so your telling us you actually prefer to have an intake that does nothing but suck in hot engine air and decrease performance? Kinda odd I suppose. I have never installed an intake on my TL because the stock setup is actually pretty darn good. It flows enough air that your V6 could ever want, its designed well and actually takes cool air in from outside the engine bay. Not only that but you always hear about the stories of guys driving their cars in deep floods for whatever reason and sucking in water and locking up their motor. Stock intake setup doesnt let you do that unless you really put your car in deep (like near hood deep).

If you're getting an intake purely for power gains, spend a bit more and get a j-pipe.

Cai is better, but depending on were you live. If it rains alot and you drive through a huge puddle. You could damage your engine. Your choice either to get the better cai with a chance of harming your car. Or getting the cheaper sri that will decrease performance.
