I have no idea. ILC had similar results with his bench flow also.

Found Bisi Camshaft duration and lift again. Max lift is 0.415″ on the intake and 0.423″exh. Still not too bad. 300 CFM intake and 200CFM exhaust.

Level 1 All Motor: Offers a 10% improvement in power over factory, emissions friendly, stock-like idle, with emphasis on the 1500 to 5800 rpm range. Takes 7-10 business days to manufacture, after stock cam cores are received. 0.394″ valve lift on the intake and 0.395″exh; 246 and 234 deg duration on intake and exhaust at 0.050″, respectively.

Level 2 All Motor: Offers a 15% improvement in power over factory, slightly lopey idle, with emphasis on the 2000 to 6200 rpm range. Takes 7-10 business days to manufacture, after stock cam cores are received. 0.415″ valve lift on the intake and 0.423″exh; 255 and 236 deg duration on intake and exhaust at 0.050″, respectively.
