Rebuilding Calipers Needed?

I just bought a pair of RL calipers and I plan on having them powdercoated. I read somewhere that the powdercoating company would have to remove all the seals, etc in order to powdercoat it so I might as well rebuild the calipers. So my question is, what is needed to rebuild my RL calipers and can I do it myself?

Wow awesome, where did you get yours powdercoated and how much? Also, how much did it cost to have them rebuilt?

I was in the College Point area last weekend with my gf and I saw a car similar to yours parked. Is that you?

You dont want to get your stuff done where I went to. They did everything wrong multiple times. It cost $225 for the brembos to be rebuilt and painted.

I don't park on college point. You sure I wasnt just driving around?

Don't feel "jacked".

My rear passenger caliper "froze", (wasn't releasing), so I went to my dealer and it costed $710 in total for one damn new caliper + labour.

Now I'm seeing how cheap it is to rebuild it.
I never knew rebuilding was an option fml.
