Is it okay to upgrade just the front without bleeding?? how would the stopping power be>>> or is it best to just change out all four??? The reson why i ask is because i just replaced my fluid..... and dont feel like bleeding again........

You get MOST of the stopping power from the front. Upgrading the rear is more for aestetics and visual balance.

Got mine also!
Just had the RacingBrake 2 piece front rotors installed on my ride. Thanks to Marcus at HeeltoToe for the install and break-in procedure! RacingBrake ET300 pads are also used. The RB rotors are lighter by about 2 pounds against my,38k mile driven, stock rotors . Braking is great so far, bites pretty quick!
