i agree with jackson615, except for the fact that i think the TL is pretty fast being a FWD car. the TLs performance upgrades is pretty limited compared to many other cars. im all about the drive for my personal enjoyment and also style of course. the upgrades we get will give us a better edge over our stock rival cars, but when those cars become fully built, our mods wont help you keep up.

While I completely agree that the TL doesn't have tons of power potential, the OP didn't ask how he can make 400 WHP.

OP, the j-pipe suggestion was a good one, and not difficult to install. Catback exhaust is also easy. Precat deletes are quite a bit more work. And you've already got a CAI.
After that, you're probably reaching the point of diminishing returns. This isn't an Evo, it is a FWD semi-luxury sedan. My outlook is this: get a little bit more power out of the car with the simpler mods above, make it look nice to your taste, improve the handling, and enjoy a reliable DD with a little bit of power to get out of its own way.
