Question on Bleeding clutch after check valve delete

Recently someone told me about the check valve mod for manual transmissions on our TL's and I would like to do this, but I dont want to start something untill I know I can finish it.. I've never bled a clutch before. Can it just be done with a water bottle and some tubing? If anyone has done this before any input would be appreciated..

The process is mentioned in this thread. I've done it a few times on my car, pretty easy to do with 2 people.

Thanks for the response, yesterday afternoon I ended up finding that exact post and cutting a price of wood like 22" to jam between the tire for the fork... And thankfully I was able to get it done... Thanks again!
