Performance Module +HP

What do all you folks think about the Precision Performance Module +HP that is supposed to increase your hp by 15 to 22 on the Acura TL? Cost is around $25 via EBay (Iem 8019546158) and they advertise it as non-warranty damaging!

I wouldn't do it.....I asked the guy a while back how it works and the response that I got was something like buy it and you will see the difference, also I think you have to cut some wires, which I am not going to do.

well, basically, that would probably be the placebo effect. i'm sure if you take the box looking thing apart there will be nothing in there and the wires just go through it :P

It's a set resistor you plug inline of your IAT. It's job is to fool your ECU that the engine is taking in really cold air, in which case the ECU adds fuel. Its a scam and they never really work. People say they work, but its just their imagination because they want their car to feel faster. I'm going to say this one time, If anyone buys this thing you deserve the you've got coming.
