P2R runners
opinions........
I just got the ported runners in today, also ordered the 3.7 man/TB. I've never done any dyno testing but what I have done is lots of 1/4 mile passes. That leaves me with this question. Should I bolt just the runners and go make passes for 1/4 mile MPH. Or just wait till till all the parts get here and just knock it out all at once. The searches that I've done has dyno pulls for just the intake alone (7-8) to the wheel, but I haven't found any 1/4 mile research. OR any pulls for the ported runners alone. I did find on an accord forum where the runners gave 14 whp Tests that I have done from just the aem v2. 98-99
PCD 101-102 that gave the most mph BUT really only gave about a .1 increase. The cat back and j pipe added another mph and 1-2 tenths. My latest tests where with the mdx spacer. Actually had less mph BUT was only about 1/2 a tenth diff. So it actually makes less hp but the added low end my 60 fts where 1/2 tenth better leaving the car dam near the same, BUT the diff was my 14.1@103 was in 50 deg weather my 14.2 @101 was in 89 deg weather and humid as hell. So I can't say for sure that it's a good comparison, I know for a dam fact this car LOVES colder temps. Hot pass right off street was 14.5@99 30 min cool down 14.2@101.

Yiou won't gain anything noticeable from runners alone. I'd have to look back over my slips, but I think I only picked up ~2 mph from the 4" intake, SHAWD manifold, Max Bored ZDX TB and ported runners combined.

I am also interested in the ported runners as well. I already have the 3.7 tb with spacer, rv6 pcds and j pipe. I also have a dynomax resonator with dual magnaflow mufflers. I am torn between the runners and/or the manifold spacer. Let us know if they are worth doing or not. Thanks bud.

Not sure if you guys have seen this before but I am sure that the P2r runners would add at least 5-10whp depending on what else has been done. They really open it up compared to a diy job
