it is a 10-20mins install... email mike@acuratlparts.com he'll get you one withing a couple of days for under $140
Mechanically VERY simple.
Spacially? Well, if you failed jigsaw in elementary school, probably not for you. It's a bit of a puzzle to get the old bar routed out and the new one routed in. A combination of twisting, turning and rotating.
Seriously, you can do it if you can get the rear end on jack stands. Just be patient as you work around the suspension and exhaust. Search the forum for installation tips and pictures.

RSB = Rear Sway Bar.
It's a bar that ties the two rear struts together. The more the bar flexes or twists, the less "stable" the car is when cornering.
The Progress RSB is a bump up in thickness (i.e. stiffer) and has a two position attachment for a "stiff" and a "soft" setting (some say "track" and "street"). Regardless the added torsional stiffness lets the car turn better at speed.
Progress RSB is 24mm w/poly bushings, Comptech is 22mm, Stock TL-S & MT is 20mm, Stock AT (non TL-S) is 17mm.
