does anyone have catback exhaust, jpipe mod, cai mod ever had the check engine light come one after mods? i'm not talking right away maybe months after mods. Just want to see before i start modding my car

 

NO. Just mod the thing.

 

there are no sensors on the parts that you described, thus if you replaced it with an aftermarket part you will not get a check engine light.

 

i got a cel once when i put my jpipe than i reset my car n took the battery out and it went away and never came back on =) and no problems as far as the car goes and jst took it to emisson and passed so u should be ok.

 

I have had all three for quite awhile now. My Jpipe delete's the 3rd cat also. No CEL. If you have the $$$, go with the jpipe, exhaust, and then cai.
