Question are the stock exhaust tips removable 😳

No! But you can cut off the tips if you want, but I don't think that's gonna solve your "MORE NOISE" issue

Cutting off the mufflers on these cars is not the best idea for GOOD sound. You'll make more noise for sure, but unless you want to sound like a lawnmower check out stage 1-3.
