Need insight on the governor

I have a 2007 tl type s with Hondata Flashpro base map on the car. I recently noticed my car jerked and would not go any fast at 130 mph. If I go to Hondata Flashpro and change the mph to 150 will that let the car go that speed after upload the map. I put 150mph on the software and now there's a red dot next to it. Just need someone who can help me figure out how to shut down the governor in any kind of way and if Hondata Flashpro would work after uploading it at a higher speed.

Thanks.

That's strange, my base 07 will top out at about 149.

How are you calculating this 0-60? And top speed on my type s 6mt is 152. If you have an auto I believe it is 135
