anyone try 2 cat backs (magnaflow) with no rez and mid muffler? is it raspy just take out mid muffler?

 

I am running straight pipes all the way through with one short dynomax resonator in, it sounds amazing but there IS drone. If you have magnaflows keep the resonator atleast and then when you can get a new resonator which you can find for $60-80. It should be a deep tone btw but if its straight piped itll probably be very ricey you must get a resonator!

 

That is an axleback exhaust. What are your other mods? If you have just the axleback, you should be okay without a resonator. It won't be raspy, but it may drone a bit.

 

I have an 08 type s with a straight pipe and magnaflow mufflers...sounds very mean, a good amount of drone though. I can deal with it because I'm a kid and the louder the better lol, but eventually throwing a resonator in there for sure

 

this is it straight pipe the whole way too two magnaflows no drone, not raspy at all but the quality of the camera dost get the real sound out, its pretty quiet , but its deep like real deep like bass hahah and no rasp idk wtf my camera was picking up
