Smile My Straight Piped TL

Dual exhaust muf delete + mid muf delete + exhaust resonator delete + intake resonator delete

Completely straight piped from cat. Thinking of getting a
magnaflow cat and replacing the current 2.5" pipe to 3"

First video is of it straight piped from cat, and with mid muf intact. The rest are straight from cat.

You should have just installed an exhaust cutout.

The drone must be head rattling inside the car.

Hope you don't drive too fast because the cops will surely be looking at you.

In the end, it's your ride so if you like it that's all that matters.

Maybe it would have sounded better on a Corvette, but not a TL. Not digging it.

i actually like the sound of it, although i also agree that for DD an electric exhaust cutout is a definite, then u open the cutout and roar. a magnaflow HFC is a definite too. overall, sounds okay if u like it.

^^ yea not meant for a TL sounds like the thing should do a 1/4 mile in the 9's but we know its not fast.... so all other faster cars are guna approach you and are guna think you have a beast when all you have is a kitten with a loud meow

Cue red and blue flashing lights in 3... 2... 1...

It's loud, I'll say that much. I'm iffy on the sound. Not particularly attractive, but i don't hate it.

My phones camera just does a really bad job on recording the sound. Hence the extreme static high pitched noise. And I've never gotten any bad comment on the way it sounds in (PERSON) Not ricey at all. Just straight compliments.

But I love how people who own TL's got mostly negative opinions about other peoples cars.

Great

not bad...hard to tell the true sound on a cameraphone.

I wouldn't go to a 3 inch pipe, that's too big for an engine with less than 400HP N/A.

Just go ahead and put your $200 deposit down for the RV6 true duals. And combo that with the v.3 j pipe, and pre cats.

I don't hate the sound that much. It's being super loud without the balls to back it up. That thing is twice as loud as my 600rwhp car.

Say goodbye to your semi-luxury automobile. The car now has become obnoxiously loud to the point that observers will wonder what is wrong with it. It sounds hollow, broken, and raspy...on an Acura. Why?

Solution: NOS.

Then at least you might keep up with the sound you are producing.
