so today i purchase two N1 mufflers and i had them installed. The car when i rev it, its loud and such. However, i had my brother record my car while i drove by as well when i accelerated it and it wasnt that loud at all. It made some noise but not loud that can be heard from a distance away. I was wondering why this is the case? I had the muffler silencers removed as well and right now im honestly thinking maybe i need to remove the resonator or mid muffler. Any ideas? let me know please !

uhh, why do you want it to be loud?
its a v6 not a v8

 

i guess just for the sound?
any suggestions related to why it might not be as loud?

How far away do you want to be heard? Nothing worse than having more bark than bite.
