I have a Acura tl 2008
Basically I want a lil more gains in hp or speed
My question is what jpipe should I purchase, I am worried out emissions out here in California. What is the best purchase for me without worrying about the emissions issue and smell that comes from the car.
Jus a reminder I have stock setup, with magna flow mufflers....should I even get a pipe and what else would I need if anything.

This maybe the 600th time that we go over this. 
There are no cons.
there are no smells.
the sound will get deeper but not louder.
you will gain HP.
you will pass emissions as there are no sensors on the third cat. No sensors means no CEL.
no CEL means you pass emissions.
as long as you retain your pre-cats, you will pass.
the third cat is just in place to achieve the ULEV(Ultra Low Emissions Vehicle) rating. without the third cat, the car will be just at a LEV(low emissions vehicle) rating.
You cant go wrong with either jpipes.
but the RV6 v3 has longer primaries which in turn means better HP.
