Help need more HP. Pipe?

I have a Acura tl 2008
Basically I want a lil more gains in hp or speed
My question is what jpipe should I purchase, I am worried out emissions out here in California. What is the best purchase for me without worrying about the emissions issue and smell that comes from the car.
Jus a reminder I have stock setup, with magna flow mufflers....should I even get a pipe and what else would I need if anything.

all jpipes pass emissions.
there is no smell.
there are no cons.

RV6 V3 ftw!!!!!!

Plus, I see you read most of the threads on jpipes as you bumped them asking the same question.
there are tons and tones an tones of threads outlining what is important.
take some time to read and research and find out what product is BEST FOR YOU.
kthxbye

Agree. There are many open and current threads on J-Pipe and/or PCD gains, advanatages, comparison and emissions (no issues w/J-Pipe).
