I am wondering if their is a way to modify the OEM resonator box which essentially works as a Cold air induction to my SRI for my tl. I am wondering if their is a way to draw MORE air to it?

also wondering if removing the bottom grilles which divert air what this will do for my car?

if you can't tell I am trying to draw more air into my engine bay as the heat ROBS horsepower

The reason I have a SRI is cuz I live in canada and we get snow slush etc...

 

I also thought of drilled holes on the wiper cowling but I think that would cause problems in winter time...
