For those with the 07 TLS that have done the mid muffler delete..... Have you had any issues or lights come on due to this mod? Thanks!

I have a 07 Type S also. Reallly want to do the mid muffler delete....but nervous about sound....how does the Type S sound with the mid delete and do you have a sound clip?

there isnt going to be that much of a difference, it will get louder, just not annoyingly louder

to tell you the truth i had the mid muffler remove and i can barely tell the difference in tone.

 

but do you have type s or 3.2?

how does the mid muffler delete increase performance? The muffler is not a straight thru design?

 

It doesn't. Strictly for your auditory pleasure. (but just removing the mid won't get much more sound at all really)

 

Doesnt matter, he has a stage 1 done which isnt very noticable.

Yea but the motor is bigger to the type S and isnt the exhaust different to or is that strictly the tips? I know either way it isnt going to make enough of a difference that he is going to like and is going to want it louder, but i figured with the type S it would still get louder then the base
