I got an 04 TL a few weeks ago and was thinkin about just putting magnaflow mufflers on, I know most people do or suggest an entire system but i just wanted the mufflers. Has anyone does this or know anyone that has and what does it sound like. I didnt plan to delete the resinators I just want a deeper more noticable sound. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

 

You haven't gotten a response because this was recently addressed. They want you to do a search. Search this part of the forum you posted in and you should find everything you are looking for.

you may also want to talk to Trancemission... he has the magnaflow setup on his car for over a year now... no resonators or mid muffler... just straight pipe back after the cats...

 

I've got Magnaflow mufflers on mine that I will be replacing next weekend. I had the stock tips welded back on, so it looks stock except for the stainless. I've got videos on youtube, under dragonlord. I also did the 27" X 6" resonator. Check the Black Market for my Magnaflows next week.

 

what setup are you going to switch to???

 

I've got the TopSpeed mufflers from ballinfizzle to put on till the ATLP Base system comes out. Getting rid of the large resonator for a smaller unit.
