Looking to modify
I recently installed a 3.7 intake manifold onto my 2006 base TL. What other parts am I able to install from a 3.7l engine that will make my car go faster?

The following are most popular:
1. Jpipe (XLR8 or RV6)
2. HFPC's or PCD's (both RV6)
3. Catback - there are a few options on there. Not sure which ones are still available
4. lightweight crank pulley
5. CAI - a few options. Do some homework on this. I went with a cheapo eBay and it was fine.

Also, this may also be helpful. It's for the 4G TL, not 3G. So don't purchase any of the parts from links on there. However, they all apply to the 3G as well. I've modded both the 3G and 4G and found the gains (or lack thereof...) to be pretty similar part-to-part.

What I don't know much about is tuning the 3G. If I recall, the 2007-2008 TL can be tuned with Hondata Flashpro but the 2004 - 2006 can't, unless you use an adapter kit. And even then, I think that's only the 6MT, not automatic. Justn can correct or confirm that.
I never tuned my 3G but I sure which I had. Tuning was possibly the best "upgrade" that I've done to my 4G. It really opened up the mods. The ECU can only account so far with the mods you make to the intake and exhaust. Your air/fuel ratios aren't going to be ideal for the modifications. It will still run fine, but in order to really unlock the capabilities of the mods, a tune is where it's at.
Justin - have you done a tune? Did you notice a significant difference?
