Question I'm ordering new brakes... recommendations??

Whats up guys? I'm about to order my new brake setup... I'm getting the Rotora drilled/slotted rotors, but I need opinions on pads! I know this has been covered time and time again... But I didn't see any specific comparison between the Rotora ceramics, Hawks (probably HPS), or the et500s. I know a lotta people have mixed feelings about what works the best. I'm looking for the best pads for those rotors with as little dust and squeel as possible, while still biting hard! If you don't comment, please vote! Thanks guys!

Call me crazy, but I like the idea of matching pads to rotors. If a company makes pads, they made them to be paired with their rotors. If the company didn't make pads, I'd probably get some Hawks.

Same.

I had selected ET500, but then saw you were set on Rotora Rotors. Changed my selection to Rotora Ceramic.

I have the Rotoras in drill/slotted with the rotora pads and am very happy with them. I got the SS lines along with some hi-temp brake fluid and the brakes work great.

Hawk HPS suck. I have them and they have destroyed my rotors. There are ruffle potato chip grooves in my rotors now and I am very unhappy. Therefore I will not be buying them again. Go with Rotora.

I'll have to check my rotors frequently. I seriously hope it was a defect in your pads.

So far the HPS doesn't produce a lot of brake dust and no noise yet.

i think the poll speaks for itself... ceramic might not last as long as the hps but it sure it quieter and less dust

not as dusty as some other pads. there's always a compromise. this setup brakes extremely well. i would pre-clean rims using some simple green in spray bottle (spray on, let soak for a minute, blast off with hose), then just do a normal wash. they came out spotless every time.

it was just a suggestion.

and just to clarify for others, you quoted my post,,,, the 2nd part was in reference to hawk hps on my lexus.
