How to Tighten New UR Pulley

I've done the hardest part of the install and can't get the pulley to stop from spinning clockwise when torqueing it down. I've tried to put it into drive while having someone step on the brakes but it'll keep spinning. It's torqued now to 50 ft/lbs and I have it marked for roughly another 1/4 turn (90 degrees).

I used a screwdriver to hold it but am afraid the plastic timing belt housing will get crushed as it appears to be holding most of the force.

I've got a strap wrench on the way after searching but am wondering what others have done. This hasn't been discussed in detail in the install DIY or other threads so I figured let's throw this out there for us Noobs.

TIA

Mods, please delete this thread. I've updated the original DIY.
